How We Work

1. Firstly our Inclusive Home-Cover service provides you with the mandatory Gas Safety Certificate, Electical Certificate and EPC (free of charge), so you can legally rent your property... instantly saving you between £250 to £300.

2. After we have issued new certificates, we then take professional photograpy of your property and advertise it on all major property portals, including Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.

3. We then carry out viewings of all interested parties, finding and securing you professional tenants.

4. After finding you the right tenant, we proceed to sign the tenancy contract, secure deposit, arrange the inventory and start your standing order payments for your monthly rent.

5. Once the tenants have moved in, our 'Inclusive Home-Cover' continues... to give you peace of mind, covering all your Gas, Electrical and Plumbing repair expenses, ensuring that you recieve your rent in full every month.
