How We Work

Our Renovation sales service consists of two options, both of which will draw an immense level of interest and boost the value of your property.
Option A

Renovate then Sell

We first renovate your property and once its completed, we then place it on the market (it's quite simple).

After we have renovated your property, it will be completely transitioned, looking like a brand new home. As a result your property will now be marketed as a 'Newly renovated property' and at a significantly higher price.

Steps...

1. Book your free valuation

2. If you are happy with our services (and we can assure you, you will be), we agree on all areas of renovation and sign a contract

3. We then Start and complete your property renovation within 21 days

4. After your property renovation is complete, we then take pictures of your new home, advertising your property on the market as a 'Newly renovated property' and at a significantly higher price.

5. Finally we carry out viewings, finding you buyers and finalise sale

(We advertise your property on all major property portals).
